Everyday bliss
A Galway girl now living in Queenstown, New Zealand (that stunning little mountain town at the bottom of the world).
I was diagnosed with coeliac disease way back in 1999 – before gluten free labels, fancy flours, or even Google. Like many, I started out overwhelmed, confused, and honestly… a bit terrified.
Fast forward 20+ years, and I’m now an expert at living well with coeliac disease – and I’m here to help you get to that place faster (and with a lot less trial and error).
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or just feeling a bit lost, I’ll help you cut through the overwhelm, make sense of what’s going on, and start living a gluten-free life that actually feels good – physically, emotionally, and socially.
From confidently eating out and navigating summer BBQs, to knowing what to bring for lunch or how to handle cross-contamination – I’ve got your back.
Since my diagnosis, I’ve travelled the world, studied nutrition, taught Pilates, and become deeply immersed in health and wellbeing. And while I’m not a doctor, what I bring is real-life know-how, emotional support, and the kind of practical advice you can’t always find in a textbook.
I know how tough the early days can be – and I’m here to walk beside you through them, with honesty, humour, and plenty of tasty gluten free inspiration.
